How Attorney Match works
Attorney Match is a one-shot tool. You describe your situation, pay once, and leave with a ranked shortlist of attorneys and a personalized outreach letter for each. No subscription, no portal, no follow-on charges.
1. Describe your case
On the intake form, give us your email, your state, the case type, and a description in your own words (at least 50 characters). You can optionally attach a few supporting documents — plain-text files and PDFs are both supported, up to 2 MB each.
2. Pay a one-time $10
Checkout is a single $10 charge through Stripe. No subscription, no automatic re-billing. Once payment clears, your case enters processing automatically.
3. Processing
The pipeline classifies your case, finds the matching attorney profile, ranks attorneys licensed in your state by fit to your specific facts, and writes a personalized outreach letter for each. This usually takes a couple of minutes, after which a private results link is emailed to you.
4. Your results
Open the private link to see up to 25 ranked attorneys (depending on how many qualified, licensed attorneys match in your state). For each one you get a specific reason they fit your case and a copy-paste-ready outreach letter.
- Filtering and refining your existing results is free — narrow the list (for example by experience tier) as much as you like at no extra cost.
- Running a brand-new case again costs $5 — cheaper than the initial $10 because your details already exist. This is a separate run that produces a fresh result set, not the same as filtering.
- You can also re-email the link, revoke it, or download all your matches and letters.
How we’re different
- Ranking is never for sale. Attorneys pay us nothing — no placement fees, no per-lead sales, no “premium profile” bump. Results are ranked purely by fit to your facts. (Most free directories are free to you because attorneys pay to be shown to you.)
- No spam. We never broadcast your case to attorneys and never sell your information. You get a private result and decide who to contact.
- Real, verifiable listings. Each match shows the licensing state, bar number where available, and the listing’s public source — so you can verify it yourself.
