Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email. Used to send your private results link and any payment-related notices.
• Your case description and any uploaded documents. Stored encrypted at rest. Used solely to run your matching pipeline and to display your results to you via your private access link.
• Payment metadata. Stripe processes your card; we never see card numbers. We retain Stripe’s payment-intent ID and amount for accounting.
• Usage analytics. We use PostHog to track high-level events (page views, intake submitted, payment succeeded, letter copied). Analytics events do not include your case description, uploaded files, or attorney contact information.

How we use it

To deliver your results, to email you the access link, to handle payment, to monitor service health, and to improve the matching pipeline in aggregate. We do not sell your data and we do not share your case description with attorneys — outreach letters are written for you to send, not sent by us.

How long we keep it

• Case descriptions and documents: retained for 90 days after results are delivered, then deleted.
• Generated outreach letters: retained for 90 days, then deleted.
• Payment records (Stripe IDs, amounts): retained for 7 years as required for accounting.

Security

Case descriptions and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Your results page requires a 64-character access token that is sent only to your email address.

Your rights

You may request earlier deletion of your case data by emailing the operator from the email you used at intake.

Cookies

We set a minimal cookie used by our analytics provider for anonymous session attribution. No cookies are used to retarget advertising.
